IF YOU ARE AN ADULT (18 YEARS OLD PLUS) AND YOU ATTEMPT TO JOIN ONLINE (WE
VERIFY NEW MEMBERS) YOUR DETAILS WILL BE FORWARDED TO THE APPROPRIATE
AUTHORITIES (AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL POLICE, INTERPOL AND OR A PARTICULAR COUNTRIES
LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES) AS A POTENTIAL THREAT TO THE LEGITIMATE (CHILD)
MEMBERS OF OUR ORGANISATION.
As a former licensed
security/collection agent (security business relinquished to pursue this
endeavour) the sole Managing Director of Ninjutsu International Pty Ltd has been
bound by the Commonwealth Security and Investigation Agents Act of 1995 to
operate in an ethical and professional manner under the strict guidelines of the
Act, this Act along with the Corporations Act/Legislation requires that all our
business activities are available for scrutiny by the Government at all times.
As with our past
security clients, all Martial Arts members information is held in the strictest
confidence with only Police cleared instructors/contractors/staff employed.
ANY ATTEMPT TO GAIN MEMBERS INFORMATION BY ANY UNAUTHORISED INDIVIDUAL/S WILL RESULT IN THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES BEING NOTIFIED.
Our Policy
to provide a safe and secure environment for all our members.
to not put at risk our members by intentionally gathering information from minors
or children that could be
used to identify them or others without the parents/guardians permission and/or knowledge.
to provide a high level of protection for our members privacy and safety, especially for our minors or child
members.
that no Members personal or financial information will be passed on, given, sold,
exchanged or otherwise
traded with any other business, person or entity
including but not limited to retailers, suppliers, traders,
private sellers, mailing list, spam
or marketing companies etc unless the client has authorised the divulging
of
certain pieces of information to any party.
all our instructors/contractors/staff are screened, police checked and are
made aware of and agree to all
our policies including Member Protection, Risk Management and OHW&S policies, signing an employment
agreement
that includes the recognition and acceptance of legal action and prosecution
should they fail to
observe the same.
